HI,

Is there a skill command to open and view a pdf file from within Cadence 20.1?

Thanks,

Keelan

    Keelan,

Depending on which PDF viewer you have on your system, it's likely to be something like this:

    system(lsprintf("evince %s" pdfFileName))

where pdfFileName is variable containing the path to the PDF file. Here I'm using the evince PDF viewer.

Works perfectly! I was unaware of the "system" function.

    Thanks Andrew!
