how to open xterm and start running job using ipcbeginprocess

Hey there,
is there any way to run the process in my xterm using ipcbeginprocess.. lemme me elaborate on that when I press run in my GUI...it should automatically opens x-term and starts running the process in that xterm(user shell environment), not in the cadence environment.

I am using below code..

ipcSkillProcess("xterm -ls -hold -e \"/pkg/check/2021.04.30/bin/version\" -parentTool virtuoso")

its opening xterm and putting error:- ERROR: requires Tcl 8.5 or higher.

and when I am running same process through my shell window process is running fine and smooth...I doubt when running through virtuoso, its not taking user shell env.

virtuoso tool is 6.1.7-64b version

How to correct it..pls guide me!
Regards,
SRV
