Create view for compressed DSPF (gzip)

Virtuoso allows using compressed (gzip) DSPF files for simulation

Is it a way to create a view for compressed DSPF?

The main purpose is to have compressed DSPF view in same cell as layout and schematic so it can be checked in by DM

But possibility to specify it in config view will be also helpful

There's an existing CCR (1860901) asking for this, but it's not planned at the moment (you would have to contact customer support for a duplicate to be filed).

If using Quantus, a better solution would be to use smartView instead of DSPF; this is quick to generate and netlist (it net lists to DSPF under the hood), significantly smaller than DSPF and supports good visualisation of parasitics.

    Regards,

    Andrew
