Xstream functions info

If I want multiple xstream out functions
1) is it possible

2) is there a specific order to defining the commands

first procedure modifies lables
second adds/copies shape to drawing

Example of user skill file I am using

procedure( poTextMap( label )
prog( ( newLabel )
rexCompile( "<" )
newLabel = rexReplace( label "\\[" 1 )
rexCompile( ">" )
newLabel = rexReplace( newLabel "\\]" 1 )
return( newLabel )
));procedure

procedure(poPreTranslate(lib cell view)
let( (cv anchor
(mList '("metal1" "metal2" "metal3"))
)
cv = dbOpenCellViewByType(ddGetObj(lib) cell view)
foreach(shp setof(s cv~>shapes member(s~>layerName mList) && nequal("drawing" s~>purpose))
    unless(shp~>theLabel
        anchor = dbCopyFig(shp nil)
        anchor~>purpose = "drawing")
)
t
)); end of poPreTranslate

Does it matter dbOpenCellViewByType is not opening the cell in "a"??
