Failed to get the manufacturing grid after stream in

Hello,

When I open a cellview in the library after import a GDS file, CIW showed a warning:

*WARNING* (GE-2125): Failed to get the manufacturing grid (mfgGridResolution) for the technology tech.db associated to the cellview xxxx/xxxx/layout.

What's the probable reason? Can I ignore the warning?

See this article: WARNING messages with the codes of GE-2125 and LE-101216 while opening the layout designs . I'm assuming you streamed in the GDS without any technology library, and so there's no information about the manufacturing grid. This may not be a problem - it rather depends on what you're planning on doing with the data you've imported.
