pcell streamout with different cell name

I have a layout view that contain a "crtmom" and a "crtmom_mx" in IC617. "crtmom" and crtmom_mx" are both pcell, but pcell "crtmom_mx" contain pcell "crtmom", refer the following fig.

when i streamout the layout view to gdsii, the cellname of crtmom is same as cellname in crtmom_mx. how to make their name different.

  • The cell names are not the same - I don't understand what you mean? The stream file contains an instance of crtmom_CDNS_0 and crtmom_mx_CDNS_0 - these are clearly different. The fact that the crtmom_mx_CDNS_0 contains the same cell name as the one at the top level of the layout is presumably because they have the same parameters and so are identical - it would make no sense to give those lower level cells a different name since they are the same layout (otherwise the stream file would be incorrect, which seems unlikely).
