Skill commands to get inherited pcell parameters

Hi,

I've a MIMCAP cell (coming from PDK library) inherited into another graphical pcell that I created. I'm changing the mimcap dimensions using inherited parameters.

Now, I'm using my pcell with different width and length in my project layout. Is there a way to read the total capacitance value from mimcap cell from top level? Each pcell has different dimensions, so I want to read the total capacitance based on width and length given to my pcell.

Thanks,

Prasad

I've actually tried flattening the pcells in a scratch library and get total_cap value from mimcap. But, this total_cap value has not updated as per width and length values. Then I tried to using "abinvokeCdfCallbacksInst(geGetEditCellView() car(geGetSelectedSet()))" and "abinvokeObjCdfCallbacks(cdfGetInstCDF(car(geGetSelectedSet())) ?order list("c" "total_c"))" commands. None of these commands are working.
Any suggestion on how to get the total capacitance value of mimcap would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Prasad

Not really enough detail here to be able to give advice. The answer is going to need some knowledge of how the PDK works...
