x vs y plot and transient plot strips

Hi all.

I am using "IC6.1.8-64b.500.17".

I am plotting transient simulation results of few signals in different strips and that is functioning properly.

Signal selections and strip x and y scales are set up on form.

Occasionally user can select to plot custom calculated x vs y plot and when I try to put it in a strip along with transient plots Cadence does plot of x-y wave in new subwindow.

Is it because x axis values for transient and x-y plot values are not common ?

I just need confirmation if this is expected behavior .

Best regards,

Dragan

    Dragan,

All graphs in a subwindow need to really share the same x-axis. You should be able to do right mouse over the x-axis and pick "allow any units" and then you can drag the curve onto that sub-window - whether the results make sense is up to you of course!

    Thank you, Andrew,

Manual intervention step is enough for explanation.

    Best regards,
