create different R value for different instTerm on one net in Parasitic Aware Design flow by skill API

Hello,

I'm trying to estimate the resistance of parasitics Resistance on device source/drain/gate by different number through Skill.

currently I'm using PAD flow, but some how I couldn't find any solution to create or modify different R value along with different instTerm on the same net by Skill. Even though I can modify it on GUI.

Could you help me find some kind of solutions?
