How to display a webpage inside dialog box

I want to write a callback procedure/function, called when a button (of a form) is clicked; The function should display a webpage (whose URL is specified) in the GUI (maybe a dialog box or  anything) and the webpage should work same as it would work in the browser.

This functionality is mostly resembling to GUI "help" button which opens up cadence help page. Please tell how callback for such webpage request should be written in function.

What's the way to do this? Take any URL for example.

The closest you have is to use hiCreateHypertextField - but it's not really the same as a web browser - it's just to allow you to use HTML within a form. You can have fields which open a web browser, but it sounds as if you want some embedded web browser within your form? If so, that's not really possible...
