How to "bind to open" in config view using SKILL command

Hi,

I want to bind cell to open(skip cell) in config view using skill command. I couldn't find any option in hdbcBindingRule or hdbcViewListRule.

cv = hdbOpen("testLib" "inv_sim" "config" "a"); //Opens the configuration
spec = list(list("testLib" "inv_via_array" nil nil)); //specify cell for binding
; this is the binding rule needed for bind to open
rule = list('hdbcBindingRule list("" "" ""))
hdbSetObjBindRule(cv spec rule)
