How to create a Cell list

My virtuoso version is ICADVM18.1-64b.500.10

i want create a cell list 

for example 

my layoutview has three instance named 1 , 2 , 3

and i selected all to create a file (ex:cell.txt)

and cell.txt has there name

how to implement ?

    What tool are you talking about? As far as I know there is no "Data Validation" in Virtuoso (I can't even find mention of it in any other Cadence tool, but it may be outside of my realm of expertise).

    Hi Andrew,

    I definitely think Rachel Gomez is describing Excel steps which have nothing to do with Virtuoso

    It looks like the steps you have to do when you type data into Excel cells and it is formatted as date or raises errors in the sheet

    (and I just checked the "Data Validation" is an existing Excel feature/form)

    As this is completely off topic, I even wonder if it is not an automatic or canned response...
