How to add new columns to a report field

There is a report field on a form. The report field has two columns. I want to add more columns to the report field. I tried to do it by change the reportField->headers = list(list(col1 60 'left) list(col2 60 'left) list(col3 60 'left) ...), but failed. How could I change the column number of report field after the form is displayed?

I don't think this is possible currently. I can't find any request for this either. You probably will need to contact customer support to request this, but the workaround for now would be to recreate the field with the additional column (after all, you'd have to provide the data in the choices and the header too). You could then delete the old field and replace with the new field. That may be the simplest approach anyway. The other approach would be to add some dummy empty columns - although my quick trial of doing this didn't seem to work... (it might be that the choices need to have the entries in the first place).
