using CCSSchCompSchCompare.il

When using CCSSchCompSchCompare.il provided by Cadence, I get

an error message in the CIW. I am using IC6.1.8 and the script is for IC615.

The tool seems to work fine by highlighting the devices that changed, but I would like

to run it without any errors. Is there a simple fix I can do?

CCSSchCompSchCompare()
t
*Error* dbCreateMarker: Invalid marker point list - nil

The code can be found in the article:

SKILL code to compare two schematics and report discrepancies.

    Please do not post code from articles on http://support.cadence.com here; it's OK to reference them (as I have done in the edited post above) - because that way it remains available for those with support access.

    Please follow this up with customer support. We would need to see the data that is causing the error - looking at the code, there are numerous places where markers are being created, and understanding which of them is failing would require seeing the data that triggered the error.
