Create routing blockage

Can anyone let me know function to create a routing blockage just like "dbCreatePin" for a pin

dbCreateLayerBlockage(). The third argument would be "routing".

I suggest you use the command-line cdsFinder command, or type startFinder() in the CIW. Then search for "Blockage" - you'd have found the functions then, and the "more info" button will take you to the full documentation for the function.
