How To Create the Power Grid with different Wire pattern and To Avoid the power Track if there is any net's occupied the power track ?

Hi ,

I want to create a power grid as mentioned in the attached image file. 

in the below example Net2  occupied Full VDD track , and Net1 Partially occupied . like this i need to use in many places in my project. so can you please tell me how to automate this structure by using SKILL ?
