Decompiling an *.ile file

DeyanLevski

Hello everyone,

I am using some *.ile scripts with a few handy mask generation functions provided by our fab, however, a few of these scripts have silly bugs that need to be fixed. As far as I understand an *.ile file is nothing different than a "compiled" *.il script. Is there a way to de-compile an *.ile file to an *.il script? Hopefully back with some meaningful function names.

It may sound like a stupid question to you, but I am under huge time pressure to submit a gds and these bugs are now really coming in the way...

Thanks

Regards,
Deyan

    Dear Deyan,

as far as I know, the file extension *.ile file is typically used for an encrypted SKILL file.
This article states that there is no way to decrypt that.

    Regards,

    Matthias
