DBperUU is being overwritten

ishah

During DRC run of Standard Cell, I get offgrid errors and LVS errors during LVS run. The problem seems to be in DBperUU, however, I can't set the value to 1000 as it is being overwritten during DRC / LVS run and input data is being interpreted as being at 2000 DBUperUU. LVS errors show that dimensions are get halved in layout wrt to schematic like 180nm length is shown as 90nm in layout although it has been drawn as 180nm.
