license for skill "viaGenerteViasAtPoint"

Hi.

I tried to use skill "viaGenerateViasAtPoint" and got an output saying i don't have a license for layout XL, EAD ...

I can use that function in GUI, but i don't understand that i can't use skill.

Please let me know if you have any information on licensed or token to use that skill.
