The cell generated by MakeCell is not on fin,Is there a solution?

    I was about to ask which grid you were talking about (since the only way the usual grid would be a problem would be if the data was off-grid in the first place). I see however you've edited the post to talk about the fin (grid). 

    The resulting instance will still have all the objects on the fin grid, but if you edit the newly created cell (to answer MorrisDH's question, this Edit→Hierarchy→Make Cell) then they won't necessarily be on the fin grid, because the origin is (by default) based on the lower left-most point. There was a fix made in ICADV12.3 ISR10 to add an environment variable to control this, but for some reason the cdsenv var is private (I don't really know why). I suggest you contact customer support (create a support case) and reference CCR 1292070 (which contains the details as to what was implemented) to find out the env var and potentially push for it to be documented.
