How can I set the pin name to the propaty by SKILL?

Hi all,

I'd like to set the pin name to the propaty that is sandwiched in between (" and ") by SKILL. This script's target is cells in a directoly.
Maybe I have to correspond 3 cases like below.

(1) pass
(2) correct the propaty
(3) add a correct the propaty

If you have good idea, please let me know.
