How do beginners get a clearer structure diagram or description document of each node of various obj data in CDBA to understand their functional functions?

Are you really talking about CDBA or do you mean openAccess database objects? Because CDBA is long gone - ever since IC6.x the underlying database is openAccess. Anyway most database objects are the same both in CDBA as well as in openAccess. Start cdsnshelp (the one shipping with IC618) and then under

    Virtuoso Shared Tools
       Virtuoso Design Environment SKILL Reference
Attribute Retrieval and Modification Database Access Functions

you will find a detailed description about the different types of db objects.
There was also a diagram showing all the isa and hasa relationships between the db objects at the end of the hardcopy of the SKILL Quick Reference manual - not sure though whether you have one...I lost my last copy and I don't think they still print them.
