how to Layout GUI hierarchy make cel l

In virtuoso IC 618 XL tool， layout generate cell from schematic，how can I hierarchy make cell if the cell is not exist in library，then place it。

The functionality to create virtual hierarchy (for missing layout hierarchy) is available in 20.1 Virtuoso Layout EXL

In IC618 you will need to adopt a bottom-up approach and 'Generate From Source' for each schematic hierarchy.

A workaround would be to generate the flat layout and 'Make Cell' for the specific cell devices.
