Find Pin Name in Top Hierarchy From Lower Hierarchy

Itay I

Hey,

I have a pin "A" that is connected to a top level cell, and this pin connects to cells within the top cell, but the input pin name these cells have is different for example "B" or "C".

How can I derive the top level pin name from an instance within the hierarchy? There is no logic from the top level pin "A" to the subcells pin "B"/"C" - only naming differences.

The functionality I'm looking for is something like selecting a pin of an instance in the lower hierarchy and receiving the top level name back (Probing instance X pin "B" will return "A")

Thanks

This returns the hierarchical net name of a wire so I will get the instance name of the top level and not the pin name in the top level where this net is coming from -  which is what I'm looking for
