Regarding installation of Standart IO cell and pad libraries

Hi,

I have the zipped files for IO/pad libraries. I'm unable to understand the nomenclature of these files. Is there any document available for these?

You should ask the provider of the I/O libraries for information. The libraries are not provided by Cadence and are almost certainly covered by an NDA with the provider in question, so you should ask them for more information.
