How to extract the information of the Metal layer

Hello. Thanks for your time.

I'm using the function 'techGetPrRoutingLayers()' to get the metal information,

and this function gives me the list of the layers and their routing directions.

However, I found that this function didn,t work with some technology.

So, I'm looking for the other function to get the list of the metal layers.

Is there any function?

Best regards

    Assuming you've set tf to be a technology database - e.g. tf=techGetTechFile(geGetEditCellView()) - then you can do:

    metalLayers=mapcar('car setof(layerFunc techGetLayerFunctions(tf) cadr(layerFunc)=="metal"))

    In other words, filter the results of techGetLayerFunctions.
