ERROR (VACOMP-1008) ERROR (SFE-91) while running schematic simulation

Hello guys,

I met these two errors while running schematic simulation. It was running smoothly, however, just out of sudden it stopped running and showed the errors while doing netlisting.

and I checked the log file, not really sure what it is going on here.

Could you guys provide some guidelines or some thoughts?

  • First of all, you're running with a fairly old version of Spectre - so it might be worth trying a newer version (that said, your IC version is old too).

    However, something looks odd here - if you set:

    export PATH=/disk/SPECTRE181/bin:$PATH

    and type "which cds_root" and then "cds_root cds_root" what does it return?

    Otherwise, please contact customer support. Debugging something strange like this in your environment is not going to be easy.
