cdf value not updating to layout

I could not find the old post of the cdf value not what the stretch handle is in layout.

The stretch handle on the shape is not the same as what the cdf value when I get the cdf value from the pcell.

What is the fix to have the pcell cdf value is the reflected with the stretch handle?
