"rte" skill functions does not throw the output as intended

@All_CAD,

I am using the "rteGeomSize()" function as given below to generate the new layer. But only for some layers *, it's not generating the output layers even the function returns "t". Also to mention that the input lpp provided is valid.
Please help me with this, and suggest if I am missing something on the understanding of this function.

Note: *In the above statement, some layers refers to the certain layers specific to the process being used. There might be a chance that the above mentioned thing cannot be reproduced in some process.
