SKILL Code to place the symbols of all the cells in a library to a single topview schematic view and connect the pins of the each symbol to power pins

If I have multiple 2 terminal devices with symbol view in a library and I would like to place those symbols in a topview schematic and connect the terminals of each symbol in the topview to power pins. Please provide the skill

code.
