how to update the SCA/SCB/SCC when I change processes

hi all 

   When I changed the circuit process from umc55nm to umc40nm, the SCA/ SCB/ SCC of the mos was still the value under umc55nm, how to update it.

    Migrating from one technology to another is not necessarily that straightforward - there are dedicated solutions to help with this available from Cadence (so you might want to contact your account team). However, it might be as simple as calling the CDF callbacks for the new devices (it's not always quite that simple, because there may also be some parameters set on instantiation which are not computed by callbacks). You might want to try using: How to call CDF callbacks procedurally from SKILL to update CDF parameters?
