SKILL code to get cdf parameter type.

I have skill code that creates an instance of a pcell.

inst = dbCreateParamInstByMasterName(...)

Need code to get the type of an inst cdf parameter of by name. I found ways to get the type of the cdf parameter value but this does not always correspond to the type of the parameter. For instance the value of a boolean or cyclic is returned as a 'string'.

I found a solution. It was actually rather trivial.

cdfId = cdfGetInstCDF(inst)

After setting the cdfId it is a simple query.

cdfId~><parameterName>~>paramType
