SKILL or GUI way to snap pins to track pattern in virtuoso layout

Hi, Cadence Forum
We have a layout with tracks, and we are trying to place multiple pins on the tracks.
We tried doing the GUI way, Connectivity > Pins > Snap Pins, but it is not working.
Is there a SKILL to snap selected pins to the respected track pattern?
For example, selected M2 pins snap to M2 track and selected M3 pins snap to M3 track.

    Hi,

Could you add one or two screenshots to detail the cases you want to address ?

There are many possibilities for what you ask

Do you have one pin per metal ?

In case you have several, how do you choose the pin order to snap them on the tracks ?

    Cheers

    Aurélien

    Hi Aurelien,
I just updated the post to include some screenshots.
    Please take a look.

Ok, so you should have a look to those Cadence Support articles

Using SKILL, how can I snap pins on a given layer to the nearest track on same layer?

Can I get the move command to snap my pin(s) to the nearest track after the move?
