Is there a way to predefine Constants for the Hierarchy Editor such that when a new configuration is created a user can refer to those predefined constants? On a related question, how can a user predefined a template for the Hierarchy Editor?

Thanks for your help

In the Hierarchy Editor, use Help→Hierarchy Editor User Guide. You can search (ctrl-F) for "template" and this takes you to a second "Working with templates" in chapter 2. This covers how templates are located, how to create them, what can be included (e.g. constants) and so on.

    Regards,

    Andrew
