Error on launching SKILL IDE

Hello,

I am having issues opening up SKILL IDE from Tools > SKILL IDE. It gave me errors as below and launched a window which I couldn't navigate on to. I am wondering what might be the issue.

    There are no errors in what you've shown above. That just indicates that you have set up Options→Log Filter and turned on the \a and \r options (not on by default, normally) so it is showing both accelerated input and return values from accelerated input. 

    All you are seeing is normal logging behaviour, and there are no errors. If you don't want to see that, turn off the options in the Log Filter.

    Hi Andrew,

    You are correct and thank you for pointing that out. However, I do still have the issues with opening up the SKILL IDE as after I clicked on the button, the window is launched but I couldn't navigate to the window. I am not sure how I can give you a better description than this...

    As I am accessing virtuoso remotely through ssh with x11-forwarding enabled, I am wondering this might be causing issues with opening up SKILL IDE.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "I couldn't navigate to the window". I suggest you contact customer support (submit a case after logging in) as then an application engineer can have a screen-sharing session with you and take a look.
