Difference spacing constraints and ordered spacing constraints

I can't get any clarity on this from the manual or google, so I just ask it here.

What is the difference between "spacing constraints" and "ordered spacing constraints"?

There is a skill command to get both of them, and they give a different return. What are they exactly?

Ordered spacing constraints are for things like the enclosure of one layer over another where it matters which layer is enclosing which. Normal spacing constraints might be for single layer rules, or simple spacings between two layers where the order doesn't matter.

If you look in the Virtuoso Technology Data Constraints Reference manual, it will explain for each kind of constraint which section of the tech file it's in (there are spacings() and orderedSpacings()).
