Legato for 3D-ICs Electrothermal simulation

Hello,

I have used Legato for Electrothermal Simulations of traditional 2D IC technology. Now. I have to perform electrothermal analysis of 2.5 D and 3D ICs. Can I perform electrothermal simulation using Legato reliability solution?
