Create spectre netlist using ADE need pass the Check and Save and ensure there is no error, so if virtuoso can ignore this option? I mean ensure the top cell netlist can be generated.

For example, assuming that the subcircuit below has errors, so how to ensure that content can be create, and the schematic example_subckt has errors

subckt example_subckt in out
    xxx
ends example_subckt

Thanks!

No. You could either create an alternative schematic view and change the view list to switch into that (maybe it could be an empty schematic - or at least just with the pins) - that would then be an empty subckt.
