Getting text of the column under the cursor on a reportField when clicking the right mouse button

Hi.

I'm working with a reportField in Virtuoso Schematic Editor. (version: IC23.1-64b.main.395)

I want to get the text of the specific column right under the mouse cursor when I click the right mouse button on the reportField.

You can set a context menu to appear when you click with the right mouse button - is that what you want? That's the usual convention for the right mouse button. That's achieved by setting the hiContextMenu property on the field - and you can also have a callback called before the menu is posted (which could get the current value of the field) using the hiShowContextMenuCallback property (both are documented).

It's not that clear to me what you're actually trying to do here.

    Andrew
