Using skill to modify netlist and run simulation

I want to use skill to modify the path of input files of vpulses in schematic. So I modify the netlist directly with skill (just changing the input files path of vpulses) and use ocean script to run the simulation. But there are always errors say "ERROR (SFE-874): "input.scs" 138: Unexpected keyword "options". Expected equals."  Then I open the netlist file and click Save, and then run the ocean simulation script again, it works well. So how can I do to run it automatically without clicking Save in netlist every time?

I've no idea why you would do this by modifying the netlist (changing the path on the schematic would make more sense), but either way, knowing how to solve this without seeing the code or what the problematic line in the netlist is pretty much impossible. You'll need to share more about the issue.
