SKILL code to flatten a cell all through hierarchy preserving certain cells under it

Hi,

I'm looking for a SKILL code to flatten a cell to its displayed levels preserving certain cells under it.

For example, i want to flatten a large cell in the layout maintaining the BUMPs (BUMPs are at different hierarchy in the design).
