How to get names of all variables and values

If I go to multi test editor i find that there are soo many variables like user defined as well as system defined as well. I was just wonder is there any way by which we can get all the variables which are available in cadence current maestro state not only design variables but all along with values. I know in xml file we can extract it but it keeps changing the xml file with new maestro states. So is there any mae function which works?
