How to set parameter range for pcell by skill

I have created a pcell with some parameters for users to choose from. Now I want to add some restrictions on these parameters using skills (the width must not be less than 0 or greater than 30). How can I achieve this? This limitation is best reflected in the user interface, for example, if the user inputs a parameter that exceeds the limit of 35, the skill can directly pull the input back to 30 on the interface (rather than just reflecting it in the pcell).

You would do this as part of the CDF. Create a callback to check for valid range and correct (with user notification if desired).

Did you create any CDF for your cell?

Yes; create base cell CDF is a good starting point. Then add as appropriate.
