Setting up layout display options in cdsenv

Hi there,

I would like to turn on "Label Origins", "Enable Dimming", eipSurround for the Dimming scop by default.

I got these commands by Log Filter and it didn't work on .cdsinit.
leDisplayOptionsForm->options->labelOrigins->value = t
leDisplayOptionsForm->enableDimming->value= t
leDisplayOptionsForm->dimmingScope->value="eipSurround"

I also tried these in .cdsenv and it didn't work either.
layout labelOrigins boolean t
layout enableDimming boolean t
layout dimmingScope "eipSurround"

How can I set these as default?

Thanks,

Jane

    You need to check the correct envar corresponding to the form setting.

    layout textJustificationOn boolean t
    layout dimmingOn boolean t
    layout dimmingScope string "eipSurround"

    FYI The above is .cdsenv format. .cdsinit requires envSetVal (check docs for syntax).

    Thank you very much for the commands, RobMan. It works!

    How can I get the correct envar?

    The only thing I know is I can see the command line when you turn on \a(Accelerated input) in Log Filter of CIW.
