AUTO PLACE AND ROUTE

I am writing skill script for auto p&r automation in virtuoso IC23.1 version (only having license of LayoutXL ,LayoutEXL). I completed placement script . But , in most no.of cases the tool is not placing the devices based on the net connectivity . Is there any skill functions or constraints for placing the devices based on net connectivity . Can you please tell me if there is any functions related to this and also please let me know SKILL function regarding constraints tab in APR assistant .

Can you please suggest me if there any suggestions for automating my p&r script .
