deRegApp doesn't add open with application in open file

in open file form,add a custom application

deRegApp(?appName "layoutPlus"

?enableTrigger 'etrig

?dataTrigger 'dtrig

?viewType "customView"

?parentType "maskLayout")

in open file form,no new app,in new file,new app exist

It works for me. You need to pick the type as "layout" and then the application shows up:
