load corners into assember

when using the skill commando maeLoadCorners

it is skipping the import ot the  tests enabling/disabling part of the CSV 
example: 
t Test::DC,f,t,f

manual importing the csv does import this correctly...

    This seems to be a bug. I can't find any reports of it, so please contact customer support so that this can be addressed.

    It works if you use the "sdb" (i.e. XML) format instead, so maybe that's a workaround?
