Question about dynamic path behaviour, wimilar to DRD.

Hi Everyone,

I've been wondering how I can acheive bahviour similar to leHiCreatePath where when the mouse is dragged accross the screen and preview of the shape to be drawn is dynamically shown in real time. I guess that somewhere behind thi9c commaind is the enterPoints API, but I cannot see an option to define a continiously executed callback, but only procs for point add and mouse clicks. What I am trying to achieve is some modified path creation function, which can keep track of the space between the current shape being drawn and all neighbouring shapes on the same layer, measure the distance and perform some other post-processing using this as an input. It is kind of similar to the DRD behaviour, but I am looking if I can make that continious and without needing to define techfile constraints.

If I can somehow link the dynamic callback execution when the mouse is moved accross the screen to some enter functions I should be able to build everything else I need through the procs.
Any ideas how to approach this will be really helpful.

Kind Regards,
Petar

    Petar,

I don't believe this is possible. The enter functions are implemented at a lower level with greater control than is exposed in the public SKILL interface.

    Regards,

    Andrew
