How to run transient Analyis First and then STB analysis?

I was using running multiple analysis for a circuit and for different corners. Analysis includes ac, dc, STB, noise and transient. My simulation result for Loop gain, which was negative, it supposed to be positive, I ran that particular point using debug environment at that time I got the correct result. So, I found out that I was getting incorrect result due to the fact STB analysis was running first and then transient was running. So, i need to run Transient and then STB. how can I do that?
