Copy via :- V1 to V2

Hi 

I have a requirement to copy all vias  from V1 to V2 in a layout,when I try to generate new via using the dbCreateVia  by taking the viaParams I am unable to get the cutclass

Is there another way to get it copied
I use IC23.1

Any leads,Thanks in advance
